If you are a guest you<br \/>\nmay use 100,100 as an account number.  When asked for a password<br \/>\nenter GUEST for that account.<\/p>\n<p>After this message, it should be obvious what to do:<\/p>\n<p>HELLO 100,100<\/p>\n<p>To which you get an immediate response of:<\/p>\n<p>Password:<\/p>\n<p>Type in your password, in this case GUEST and press enter.  You will know you have been successful when you get:<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to RSTS\/E V7.0-07 Time Sharing.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like a personal account<br \/>\nsend an email to sysop@excited-geek.com<\/p>\n<p>System programs are located in the [1,2]<br \/>\naccount which uses the &#8216;$&#8217; as a shortcut.<br \/>\n(DIR $ OR RUN $)<\/p>\n<p>Games and other non-system programs can be<br \/>\nfound in the [1,3] account which uses the &#8216;!&#8217;<br \/>\nas a shortcut.<br \/>\n(DIR ! or RUN !)<\/p>\n<p>Ready<br \/>\nLast Update: 02-Apr-17<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once you connect, you need to log in.
